Sono andata in negozio per cambiare un paio di pantaloni e una maglietta che hanno regalato a mio figlio venerdì (mio figlio ha 11 anni), erano 24 bambini e mio figlio è tornato a casa senza lo scontrino; ma i due capi erano intatti con tanto di etichetta. Ho chiesto di poter cambiare i due oggetti perché non è la taglia del bambino; è vero che sono senza scontrino, ma loro con un po’ di impegno sono capaci di risalire allo scontrino, quindi mi hanno rimandata via senza poter cambiare niente. Molto triste e ovviamente non acquisterò mai niente da loro. Di solito i clienti devono essere sempre accontentati perché solo così le vendite si incrementano perché con un po’ di gentilezza avrei acquistato anche qualcos’altro. Grazie. Guardando meglio sul cartellino, dopo aver staccato in parte l’etichetta con i due prezzi, si legge il vero prezzo del capo, € 24,99. Tutto questo per guadagnarci € 0,81 ??????? mi pare una cosa misera e poco rispettosa. Ho dato una stella perché è il minimo per pubblicare la recensione.
