Decisamente l'opposto la commessa incapace di gestire una problematica legata al suo pos con scarsissima competenza, moltissima presuntuosità (non sapendo chi aveva di fronte), assenza di garbo e professionalità culminata con risate sarcastiche. Decisamente non adatta a stare al pubblico. Due stelle tolte la valutazione....e sono stato comprensivo
Nice shop with tasteful clothes at a very affordable price. The salesman is kind, helpful and professional. Quite the opposite, the saleswoman unable to manage a problem related to her pos with very little competence, a lot of presumptuousness (not knowing who she was facing), lack of grace and professionalism culminating in sarcastic laughter. Definitely not suitable for the public. Two stars minus the rating .... and I was understanding

Ho acquistato una maglia tipo bouclé che indossata perdeva batuffoli di pelo,ho provato a lavarla e il problema sussisteva.Ho chiamato il negozio e il commesso mi ha detto che poteva essere un capo fallato e quindi di riportarlo.Riportandolo al negozio la commessa ha detto che è normale che faccia così,anche lei ha delle felpe che fanno così;!!!!ma stiamo scherzando???ma lo formate così il vostro personale? Complimenti davvero!!! Anche io lavoro nel commercio ma i clienti non si trattano così.Delusione totale sia per la merce acquistata sia per il confronto con il personale..... già ma il negozio non è loro,quindi i clienti si possono trattare anche così!....mai più
I would also give - 5 stars ..... we are not really, poor products at a not so cheap price. I bought a bouclé-style shirt that was wearing it leaking balls of fur, I tried to wash it and the problem still existed. I called the shop and the clerk told me it could be a flawed garment and then to bring it back. Bringing it back to the shop the clerk said that it is normal that she does this, she also has sweatshirts that do this; !!!! but are we kidding ??? but do you train your staff like this? Sincere congratulations!!! I also work in the trade but customers do not treat each other like that. Total disappointment both for the goods purchased and for the comparison with the staff ..... yes, but the shop is not theirs, so customers can also be treated like this !. ...never again

A volte compro qualcosa anch'io perché ha una vestibilità un po' aderente e sportiva-elegante. Consigliato
My 20 year old son is very fond of this brand. Excellent price-quality ratio especially in this outlet and in particular when there are sales. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes I buy something myself because it has a slightly snug and sporty-elegant fit. Recommended
