Ho effettuato l'acquisto a prezzo pieno e dopo aver scoperto della promozione, sono ritornato allo store ed il commesso mi ha detto: "mi spiace, non posso farci niente".
I align myself with other previous comments. Low level staff. The Barberino store clerk has omitted the 30% discount promotion. I made the purchase at full price and after discovering the promotion, I returned to the store and the salesman told me: "I'm sorry, I can't do anything about it".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alta qualità dei prodotti , sarebbero da 5 stelle . Ne do 3 per il basso livello del personale . Giunto alla cassa non mi è stato chiesto se fossi possessore di tessera fedeltà. E siccome il sistema bluetooth non riconosceva il telefono , hanno dovuto cercarla manualmente , senza nascondere un evidente disappunto . Prodotti 5 , personale 1 , media 3 .
High quality products, they would be 5 stars. I give 3 for the low level of staff. When I reached the cashier I was not asked if I was a loyalty card holder. And since the bluetooth system didn't recognize the phone, they had to look for it manually, without hiding an obvious disappointment. Products 5, staff 1, average 3.
