★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio all'interno del complesso outlet di Barberino molto fornito dei prodotti del noto brand. Ambiente arredato in perfetto stile Borbonese con personale gentile anche se leggermente algido. Molte le proposte la varietà dei prodotti in vendita.
Shop inside the Barberino outlet complex well stocked with the well-known brand's products. Environment furnished in perfect Bourbon style with friendly staff, even if slightly cold. There are many proposals for the variety of products on sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vengo spesso con mia moglie, i prezzi sono veramente ottimi se confrontati con quelli normali di negozio e durante i saldi sono ancora più bassi e convenienti. Le commesse sono molto brave e carine, ci aiutano molto nella scelta e posso dirvi che hanno molta pazienza con i clienti. Continueremo a fare acquisti in questo negozio per molto tempo ancora.
I often go with my wife, the prices are really excellent when compared with the normal shop prices and during the sales they are even lower and more convenient. The orders are very good and nice, they help us a lot in the choice and I can tell you that they have a lot of patience with customers. We will continue to shop in this shop for a long time to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato 2 borse di prezzo alto entrambe hanno fatto difetto dopo pochi gg di utilizzo . Sono quelle rigide perdono il colore. Mi chiedo ? Quelle comprate in città perfette ,quelle all'outlet da buttare .
Purchased 2 high-priced bags, both failed after a few days of use. They are the rigid ones lose color. I wonder ? Those bought in perfect cities, those at the outlet to throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innegabile la cortesia del personale del punto vendita, mentre la qualità della borsa acquistata mi ha deluso. Dopo pochi mesi la borsa ha presentato una rottura e le placchette hanno perso colore. É stata riparata (in garanzia)e mi é stata restituita dopo due mesi. Si é rotta nuovamente nello stesso punto, ma non è stato possibile ripararla perché non è più in garanzia. In negozio mi era stato che, dopo la riparazione,detto la garanzia sarebbe stata nuovamente di 2 anni.
The courtesy of the store staff was undeniable, while the quality of the bag purchased disappointed me. After a few months the bag broke and the plates lost color. It was repaired (under warranty) and returned to me after two months. It broke again in the same place, but it could not be repaired because it is no longer under warranty. In the shop I had been told that after the repair the warranty would be 2 years again.

Anch'io come altri ho apprezzato di molto la cortesia delle ragazze ma la qualità del prodotto è praticamente inesistente e non si può nemmeno pensare a un prodotto fallato. Questa borsa l'ho comprata un pò prima di Natale 2020 come regalo a mia moglie e a fine gennaio 2021 il tessuto è completamente sfatto. Questo non difetto ma qualità inesistente. Davvero una presa in giro.

I, too, like others, have greatly appreciated the courtesy of the girls but the quality of the product is practically non-existent and one cannot even think of a flawed product. I bought this bag a little before Christmas 2020 as a gift to my wife and at the end of January 2021 the fabric is completely unmade. This is not a defect but a non-existent quality. Really a joke.
