★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia lavastoviglie mi è stata restituita dopo due mesi (non fatevela mai portare via e se è necessario fotografatela) con pezzi diversi e usati e non funzionante. La garanzia della scheda elettronica che a detta loro è stata sostituita è di soli sei mesi mentre il servizio clienti dell'azienda produttrice mi ha riferito che deve essere di due anni. Non posso che pensare che il pezzo di ricambio sia stato recuperato per vie non appropriate. Non sono incompetenti, sono furbi e poco trasparenti.
My dishwasher was returned to me after two months (never take it away and photograph it if necessary) with different and used parts and not working. The warranty of the electronic card that they said has been replaced is only six months while the customer service of the manufacturer told me that it must be two years. I can only think that the spare part was recovered in an inappropriate way. They are not incompetent, they are cunning and not very transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi esorbitanti per la riparazione di un elettrodomestico e per i 18 minuti suddivisi in 2 giorni, impiegati per fare il lavoro. Il costo reale del pezzo da sostituire si aggira intorno ai 30/40 euro e pagarne 100 in più oltre al costo del pezzo e per il pochissimo tempo dedicato mi sembra assurdo e pure senza ricevuta. Non si fa così! Mi sento proprio preso in giro
