Ho misurato la vista e per la prima volta in vita mia ho trovato gli occhiali giusti in pochissimo tempo?, nonostante l'ampia scelta di modelli e fasce a disposizione, tant'è che ne ho presi 3 paia?!!! Tanta professionalità ottimi consigli ed empatia con il cliente..mi sono trovata benissimo e nonostante per me non sia dietro l'angolo è divenuto il mio preferito! Velocissimi tra l'altro nella consegna?!!..cos'altro dire? Grazie! Crazy! I measured my eyesight and for the first time in my life I found the right glasses in no time?, despite the wide choice of models and bands available, so much so that I bought 3 pairs? !!! A lot of professionalism, excellent advice and empathy with the customer .. I had a great time and although it is not around the corner for me it has become my favorite! Atteggiamento comportamentale fin troppo confidenziale. Riferiscono una pronta consegna che non avviene nei tempi comunicati, non avvisano il cliente dopo la vendita effettuata del ritardo e quando lo si fa presente, il venditore ad alta voce si reputa offeso, quando si è solo fatto presente l'accaduto e si sono accettate le scuse. Ma nonostante il prezzo basso si è poi rivelato anche molto competente e professionale ed è stato disponibilissimo a soddisfare tutte le mie richieste con il massimo della gentilezza e della simpatia. Solo un piccolo inciampo ha allungato un po' i tempi, ma hanno saputo farsi perdonare. Consigliatissimo! Competenza gentilezza insieme a professionalità manageriale nella persona del signor Claudio, condito il tutto da un negozio all avanguardia per ciò che riguarda tecnologia applicata ad una materia così delicata "Gli Occhi". La mia Compagna è stata trattata da Regina seppur era la prima volta che entravamo. Devo dire 5 stelle perché non ne posso mettere di più. Grazie.
