La cortesia, la precisione, la disponibilità e la trasparenza sono soltanto alcune delle qualità che potete trovare affidandovi a loro. Pochi giorni fa ho cambiato le lenti dei miei occhiali da sole, dovendole montare graduate, e il risultato è stato eccezionale. Addirittura ho aspetto meno giorni di quelli che erano stati preventivati. Grazie mille per il servizio che offrite!!! It's hard to find a better service! Courtesy, precision, availability and transparency are just some of the qualities that you can find by relying on them. A few days ago I changed the lenses of my sunglasses, having to mount them graduated, and the result was exceptional. I even wait fewer days than those that were budgeted. Già nello scorso inverno mio padre aveva avuto il piacere di imbattersi presso l'ottica hawara dovendo rifare anche lui gli occhiali dopo circa dieci anni. In entrambi i casi la signora Cristiana e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti con calore e gentilezza proponendoci tra le tante montature quelle che più ci valorizzavano per la nostra conformazione di viso spiegandoci anche il perché della scelta dell'una piuttosto dell'altra. Hanno corrisposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze, facendoci anche una visita estremamente accurata. Nel mio caso poi, sono stata particolarmente fortunata poiché nello stesso periodo dell'acquisto c'era una promo nella quale comprando entro entro venti giorni dal primo paio, un secondo, su quest'ultimo vi sarebbe stata una buona percentuale di sconto. Per la prima volta dopo tanto sono riuscita a trovare non solo una montatura leggerla ed efficente, ma anche un accessorio che mi valorizzasse invece di penalizzarmi. A distanza di una settimana ho avuto un piccolo problema con le lenti che il team hawara con gentilezza e prontezza sono riusciti tempestivamente a risolvere. Davvero un negozio colmo di premura, efficenza e professionalità! Assolutamente consigliato! After ten years I had to redo my glasses mainly due to frequent headaches. Already last winter my father had had the pleasure of coming across Hawara opticians, having to redo his glasses after about ten years. In both cases, Mrs. Cristiana and her family welcomed us with warmth and kindness, proposing among the many frames the ones that most valued us for our facial conformation, also explaining the reason for choosing one rather than the other. They met our needs in full, even making us an extremely thorough visit. In my case then, I was particularly lucky because in the same period of the purchase there was a promo in which buying within twenty days of the first pair, a second, on the latter there would have been a good percentage discount. For the first time in a while I was able to find not only a light and efficient frame, but also an accessory that would enhance me instead of penalizing me. After a week I had a small problem with the lenses that the hawara team was able to promptly resolve with kindness and promptness. Truly a shop full of care, efficiency and professionalism! Absolutely recommended!

Mi sono trovato una mattina con gli occhiali rotti e con la loro efficienza in un paio d'ore sono riuscito ad avere occhiali nuovi ad un ottimo prezzo mai visto prima. Grazie allo staff e soprattutto alla carissima Simona. Consiglio senza pensarci andate da loro. They recommended me to go to them and I was not very satisfied, they are friendly, very kind, very helpful and professional. I found myself one morning with broken glasses and with their efficiency in a couple of hours I was able to get new glasses at a great price never seen before. Thanks to the staff and especially to dear Simona. I recommend without thinking about it, go to them.

Siamo entrati per acquistare un paio di occhiali da vista per mio figlio piccolo e siamo usciti dopo mezz'ora con gli occhiali FATTI e già pronti da indossare.
