Sono rimasta impressionata della ripartizione dei grandi spazi del negozio in aree specialistiche dedicate a specifici ambiti con personale molto preparato nel settore. Mi hanno fatto una approfondita visita optometrica con l'ausilio di diversi macchinari e grande accuratezza e professionalità. Sono soddisfatta anche della ricca varietà di occhiali e dei consigli datimi. I did not know this perspective and an acquaintance brought it to me. Gentilezza e professionalità che è molto rara ai giorni d'oggi. Ho conosciuto Claudio, un professionista che è stato disponibile ed ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Ultimamente ho richiesto di fare delle lenti su una clip ottica per degli occhiali sportivi. Nonostante il prezzo sicuramente non propriamente economico, ho deciso di affidargli il lavoro. Dopo averle ritirate e dopo qualche prova ho riscontrato che su una lente notavo una problematica visiva e ho deciso di recarmi al negozio. All'esposizione del mio problema ho riscontrato una superficialità di trattamento nei miei confronti. Non sono neanche andati a capire la causa perchè vedevo male (porto gli occhiali da quasi 30 anni e credo di percepire bene i problemi della mia vista) e mi hanno smollato con qualche scusa che secondo me non reggeva. Morale della storia: il problema me lo tengo ma sicuramente lì dentro non ci rientro. For some years I was buying my glasses, not so much for the price (not the cheapest in the neighborhood) but because let's say, except for some misunderstanding, I almost always got the services I wanted. I recently requested to make lenses on an optical clip for sports glasses. Despite the certainly not exactly cheap price, I decided to entrust him with the job. After having withdrawn them and after some tests I found that on a lens I noticed a visual problem and I decided to go to the shop. When I exposed my problem, I found a superficiality of treatment towards me. They did not even go to understand the cause because I saw badly (I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years and I think I can perceive my vision problems well) and they let me down with some excuse that in my opinion did not hold up. Moral of the story: I keep the problem but I certainly don't get back into it.

Davvero disponibili e professionali le persone che ci lavorano, hanno saputo consigliarmi benissimo ma soprattutto adesso ci vedo benissimo. Certo non saranno i più economici ad Ostia... ma almeno ho trovato assoluta qualità e garanzia di quello che ho comprato. Ci tornerò! I don't often write reviews ... but I think this shop really needs to be highlighted. I found a lot of glasses but above all some extraordinary lenses. The people who work there are really helpful and professional, they have been able to advise me very well but above all now I see very well. Of course they will not be the cheapest in Ostia ... but at least I found absolute quality and guarantee of what I bought. I'll be back!

Il responsabile mi ha assistito e supportato durante la vendita con grande disponibilità, professionalità e pazienza :) suggerendomi anche in base alla fisionomia del mio viso. Alla fine ho optato per dei bellissimi e leggerissimi Tom Ford ad un ottimo prezzo!!! I highly recommend this shop where you can find a great variety of glasses and different brands. The manager assisted and supported me during the sale with great availability, professionalism and patience :) also suggesting me based on the physiognomy of my face. In the end I opted for some beautiful and very light Tom Ford at a great price !!!

Gentili, disponibili, pazienti e - cosa che non guasta - simpatici. Ho letto lamentele sui costi, ma a me sembrano in linea con il resto del mercato e comunque la scelta che offrono permette di trovare prodotti adatti a tutti. Known through friends, Officina has become my point of reference for prescription and non-prescription lenses, to the point that I have referred relatives and friends to us. Kind, helpful, patient and - which doesn't hurt - nice. I have read complaints about costs, but to me they seem in line with the rest of the market and in any case the choice they offer allows you to find products that are suitable for everyone.
