Mentre sei in fila per le fotocopie non rispetta la fila, fa passare avanti altre persone prima di te, quindi si confonde, ti fa perdere tempo, sbaglia, e poi ti fa anche pagare per cose che non hai chiesto. Attaccato ai centesimi più che all'educazione e ai clienti.
