★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente gentilissimi e disponibili, poi ad un tratto gli si resetta il software gestionale degli ordini ricevuti online.
Dopo questo disastro, li ho contattati, mi hanno chiesto di inviargli la copia dell'ordine, e mi dicono che l'articolo da me comperato e pagato non è più disponibile.
Mi hanno promesso il rimborso di circa 31€, ma non mi hanno mai rimborsato, anche dopo mie numerose mail di sollecito.
Sono riuscito a recuperare i miei soldi solo grazie a PayPall.
Conclusione, non mi sembra gente seria, non comprerò mai più da loro.
Initially very kind and helpful, then suddenly the management software of the orders received online is reset.
After this disaster, I contacted them, they asked me to send them the copy of the order, and they tell me that the item I bought and paid for is no longer available.
They promised me a refund of around € 31, but they never refunded me, even after my numerous reminder emails.
I was able to get my money back only thanks to PayPall.
Conclusion, they don't seem like serious people to me, I will never buy from them again.
