Consiglio questa struttura a tutti quelli come me che vogliono ottenere il massimo ad un prezzo competitivo. Facevo notare ciò e il negoziante, giocando con le parole, diceva che erano gli occhiali che avevo richiesto. Arrabbiato gli reiteravo la richiesta proponendo io, degli occhiali progressivi (informandomi poi su internet, veniva spiegato che gli occhiali progressivi per PC non sono adatti in quanto la visione ottimale si ha solo con il volto leggermente rialzato il che, col tempo, stanca ma purtroppo mi sono informato solo dopo). Il negoziante non me li sconsigliava, come un buon negoziante avrebbe dovuto, e mi forniva degli occhiali progressivi dall'apertura scadente. Ora io ho speso più di 700 e non uso gli occhiali da lettura nè quelli progressivi. Negoziante che pensa solo all'introito e non al cliente. Malafede o incompetenza? Fate attenzione e se volete andare in quello di via dell'acqua bullicante andateci sapendo perfettamente quello che volete perchè di aiuto tecnico non ne avrete. The shopkeeper did not advise me against them, as a good shopkeeper should have, and provided me with progressive glasses with a poor opening. Now I have spent more than 700 and do not use reading glasses or progressive ones. Shopkeeper who only thinks about the income and not the customer. Bad faith or incompetence? Be careful and if you want to go to the one in via acqua bullicante go there knowing perfectly what you want because you won't have any technical help.

Da anni ormai quest'ottica è il mio riferimento principale, personale sempre simpatico, energico e vivace (che di questi lunghi periodi non è così scontato!) io sono una portatrice di lenti a contatto ma avevo bisogno di rifare cmq un paio di occhiali pratici, carini e leggeri e soprattutto da portare piacevolmente. Così in poco tempo mi hanno proposto alcune montature ben adeguabili alle mie esigenze e dati consigli sulle migliori per contenere le mie lenti, che comunque sarebbero già state molto spesse, spiegandomi gli effetti su una scelta anziché un' altra. Io mi sono sentita serena nell'affidarmi al loro sguardo professionale e devo dire di esserne molto soddisfatta. Ringrazio ancora sulla buona possibilità di pagamento, nonostante l'attenzione verso una spesa anche contenuta e consiglio vivamente il sempre positivo team di Ottica Slvagente. Bravissimi anche con i più piccoli!! For a month or so I already wanted to write a review but between one thing and another I come to today and I want to do it because I think they really deserve it. For years now this perspective has been my main reference, always nice, energetic and lively staff (which of these long periods is not so obvious!) I am a wearer of contact lenses but I needed to remake a pair of practical glasses cmq , cute and light and above all to wear pleasantly. So in a short time they offered me some frames that could be adapted to my needs and gave advice on the best ones to contain my lenses, which in any case would already have been very thick, explaining the effects on one choice rather than another. I felt serene in relying on their professional gaze and I must say that I am very satisfied. Thanks again for the good possibility of payment, despite the attention to a low cost and I highly recommend the always positive team of Ottica Slvagente. Also very good with the little ones !!
