Con la signora che si occupa delle riparazioni, avevamo pattuito un rinforzo sulla cucitura della tracolla che poi sarebbe stato coperto da un anellino di pelle già presente per il medesimo scopo. Ho precisato dunque che tale anellino volevo venisse fissato al massimo con un collante, ma che se non fosse stato possibile, avrebbe potuto lasciarlo libero come era in origine. L’importante era di non avere cuciture a vista. Quando sono andata a ritirare la borsa, la signora non c’era ed era stata eseguita esattamente una cucitura a vista sull’anellino e con un filo molto pesante. Fosse stata almeno una cucitura discreta! Addirittura pareva fissata come si fa a casa con l’accendino! In ogni caso, quando ho espresso la mia insoddisfazione, mi è stato risposto che “prima era molto peggio” ma questo non a mio giudizio ovviamente. Consiglierei loro di essere meno saccenti e soprattutto di rispettare le richieste dei clienti, visto che quelli che fanno non sono favori ma servizi.
