Ponte Lungo) ma anche con i mezzi privati (via Appia, una delle strade principali dello shopping romano). Il personale è molto professionale, in modo particolare Chiara, che sa consigliare sugli acquisti ed è un punto di riferimento per i clienti fidelizzati. Consiglio vivamente di passare per rendersi conto della gentilezza e si trova sempre il regalo giusto per tutte le occasioni. The shop is well stocked, easily reachable both by public transport (near the metro stop a. Ponte Lungo) but also by private transport (via Appia, one of the main streets of Roman shopping). The staff is very professional, especially Chiara, who knows how to advise on purchases and is a point of reference for loyal customers. I highly recommend passing by to realize the kindness and you will always find the right gift for all occasions.

The behavior of the personnel and especially an old gentleman unfortunately represented all the reports you hear of Italian racism. Saying to my mother maybe in her next life she will be able to afford a bag. The most insulting experience we ever had. Never mind we have spent more money on our holidays than this individual even earns in a year which maybe crude to say but after the disgusting behaviour we have experienced , a justifiable comment. Out of solidarity and even if you are not a person of colour, as a tourist to do not support this store which is a symbol of everything wrong with humanity.
