Cosi invece di andare alla macchinetta sono venuta qua per farmi fare una foto carina e avere un margine di scelta. arrivata all'una meno 20 e ho chiesto quanto ci avrebbero messo e se fosse stato il caso di tornare. mi hanno detto che ci avrebbero messo un quarto d'ora. Ma mi hanno fatto 5 foto di cui solo una era decente le altre erano visibilmente sbagliate ma non mi hanno dato nessuna possibilità di cambiare o di rifarle. Nelle foto ero spettinata e non sorridente e nonostante ciò hanno insistito che la prendessi e mi hanno messo sotto pressione . Non sono stati secondo me ne gentili ne professionali. Inoltre mi hanno liquidato in meno di 10 minuti contando tuttA la procedura dall'inizio alla fine I wanted to get a nice passport photo for the relative, passport and work. So instead of going to the machine I came here to have a nice photo taken and have a margin of choice. arrived at one minus 20 and I asked how long it would take and if it was the case to return. they told me it would take a quarter of an hour. But they took 5 pictures of which only one was decent the others were visibly wrong but they didn't give me any chance to change or redo them. In the photos I was disheveled and not smiling and despite this they insisted that I take it and put me under pressure. In my opinion, they were neither kind nor professional. They also wound me up in less than 10 minutes counting the whole procedure from start to finish

Quando mi sono affacciato il ragazzo che lavora lì mi ha lanciato un'occhiataccia come se lo avessi disturbato, non ha nemmeno risposto al mio "buongiorno"... è stato a guardarmi per tutta la conversazione come se non mi volesse lì, e come non sapesse cosa rispondere alle mie domande. Gli ho domandato di cosa avesse bisogno per questo lavoro, i tempi e i costi. Ho avuto l'impressione di trovarmi presso l'attività sbagliata perchè le risposte sono state "asciutte" , monosillabiche e prive di suggerimenti tanto che si può dire la comunicazione sia stata a senso unico, come a voler sottolineare non era il tipo di servizio che davano. Mi è molto dispiaciuto essere trattato non come un potenziale cliente ma come un rompiscatole. When I looked out, the guy who works there gave me a dirty look as if I had disturbed him, he didn't even answer my "good morning" ... he was looking at me for the whole conversation as if he didn't want me there, and like didn't know what to answer my questions. I asked him what he needed for this job, the times and the costs. I had the impression of being at the wrong activity because the answers were "dry", monosyllabic and without suggestions so much so that one can say the communication was one-way, as if to emphasize it was not the type of service that they gave. I was very sorry to be treated not as a potential customer but as a nuisance. I will tell everyone not to go
