Il primo occhiale me lo hanno rifatto (a loro spese) tre volte ed è sbagliato. Il secondo non riesce ad uscire (e l'ho già pagato). Pessimo da tutti i punti di vista. Mi hanno montato le lenti progressive ed a distanza di sei mesi soltanto ho perso una lente a causa della vite che si è tolta da sola,ma dato che la vite tiene soltanto la cornice della lente il venditore mi dice che non è un difetto, ma che può succedere! Gli ho risposto che esiste un blocca filetti e lui mi risponde che l'altra vite c'è l'ha! Ma non è vero! Mi ha dato un numero verde che però rispondono dall'Albania. Ero contento dell'acquisto, ma avendo visto che non ho fatto l'assicurazione...... Ulteriore opportunità di far spendere al cliente ora mi ritrovo con il problema. Sono veramente deluso del servizio e dell'atteggiamento di fronte al problema scaricando totalmente la responsabilità dell'accaduto al cliente. Disarmante, sicuramente non entrerò mai più in un vostro negozio! La mia fattura di acquisto è la seguente fatta. 5722019 del 18/12/2019. I purchased a pair of multifocal glasses on 12/18/2019 for an amount of 443.97 euros. I replied that there is a thread locker and he replies that the other screw is ha! But it's not true! He gave me a toll-free number but they answer from Albania. I was happy with the purchase, but having seen that I did not make the insurance ...... Further opportunity to make the customer spend now I find myself with the problem. I am really disappointed with the service and attitude towards the problem, totally discharging the responsibility for what happened to the customer. Non credo sia un buon biglietto da visita per una catena a livello nazionale e non credo che effettuerò ancora acquisti presso di loro. Comunque, anche a distanza, l'assistenza é stata costante e paziente e ritengo sia il punto di forza di Grandvision. I received excellent assistance from the staff (specifically Alessia) who dedicated almost two hours of time to me, which ended with the purchase of the multifocal lenses I am trying to get used to, which is not easy for everyone. Mi sono recata da loro avendoli acquistati nella mia città dalla stessa catena e sono riuscite e fare il miracolo! Purtroppo non ricordo il nome, ma la signora è stata gentilissima e bravissima! Niente soldi da uscire ma soprattuto sono potuta tornare a casa tranquillamente. Leggo che molte recensioni negative sono dovute all'attesa nell'acquisto lenti ed effettivamente richiede molto ma molto tempo. A parte questo ho notato la fortuna di recarsi in una catena nazionale.
