Aprite a Firenze! I was in the shop on Sunday thanks to the two girls present, the pink and the brunette! :) they were very kind and we made different customized products, there were a lot of people in the shop but we had a lot of information and they were really impeccable to manage so many people, a product arrived at home as requested, perfect! Open in Florence!

L’ idea era di vedere dal vivo le nuove collezioni e di ricevere assistenza e consigli per orientare la mia scelta. Trattamento pessimo. Sufficienza e svogliatezza da parte della ragazza che mi ha servito, quasi a sfociare nella maleducazione. Volevo comprare un regalo anche per me stesso ma me ne sono andato. Non so se tornerò più. Di certo non nel punto vendita di Roma. Already a customer of nove25, I waited to go back to Rome to go to the shop to buy a gift, instead of buying online. La scelta varia tra diversi stili e il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero buono! Aggiorno la recensione dopo un anno che l’ho fatta: in 4 anni che ho acquistato gioielli da loro mai una sóla, mai una fregatura, mai che mi abbiano chiesto anche solo 1€ per lucidare o allargare leggermente un anello. Serietà 100% You always find something nice, and I have been buying various jewels from them for many years. The choice varies between different styles and the value for money is really good! I update the review after a year that I did it: in the 4 years that I bought jewelry from them, never a single one, never a rip-off, never that they asked me even just € 1 to polish or slightly widen a ring. Reliability 100%

I won't say the designs are daring nor exceptional but I found what I've been looking, after a long time. Service is great in an Italian way - not in your face but friendly enough.
