Non sa cosa significhi customer satisfaction, avrebbe bisogno di un bel corso perché così danneggia seriamente l'immagine del brand. Si permette persino di insultare e insinuare frodi a suo danno quando ha torto completo. Bisognerebbe saper ascoltare prima di tutto prima di sparare a zero. Una bella dose di umiltà non le farebbe male.
