The products are excellent I have always bought them. Well stocked shop, the only flaw is a blonde girl who is not very courteous and quite annoyed in giving information.

Very positive experience. I bought my usual winter tights. I was in Rome and went to the closest office to my hotel. I found some super kind orders, in particular the one who served me, I think Sardinian, showed patience, kindness and very high professionalism.

The saleswoman who followed me Thursday 28 Oct 21 at 6.30 pm very nice and very kind ... contrary to those of Via Ottaviano ... very bad and shaved ... luckily, via Ottaviano closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego a las 16:00 de la tarde y encuentro un cartel que dice” estamos haciendo inventario abrimos en una hora “ regreso a las 17:30 y aún el mismo cartel. Fuera otras personas esperando y sale un dependiente a decir que después de las 18:00 tal vez... me parece una tomadura de pelo y una falta de respeto... obviamente no pienso volver a este local.
I arrive at 4:00 pm and I find a sign that says "we are taking inventory, we open in an hour" I return at 5:30 pm and still the same poster. Other people were waiting outside and a clerk came out to say that after 6:00 p.m. maybe ... it seems like a joke and a lack of respect ... obviously I am not going to return to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato 5 stelle perché solitamente mi trovo davvero bene, ma la commessa bionda dell'altro giorno è stata talmente sgarbata che me ne ha fatte togliere 2. Dopo essersi mostrata piuttosto seccata dalla mia richiesta (un paio di jeans), mi ha lasciata lí andandosene verso i camerini facendo commenti sul mio fisico e dicendo "beh, succede". Mi auguro che le venga fatto presente che la buona educazione e la cortesia non sono dettagli.
