Il commesso dopo aver scelto la montatura e chiesto di acquistarla non l’ha igienizzata in più mi voleva vendere la montatura da esposizione!!!Accortomi della montatura da esposizione ho chiesto si sostituirla e me l’hanno sostituita. Non vi dico per il pagamento con la carta….vabbè in fine mi hanno dato gli occhiali senza pezzetta per la pulizia che costerà50 centesimi. Conclusione io sono andato su suggerimento di altre persone ma per la mia esperienza sconsiglio vivamente!
I bought a pair of prescription glasses without buying the lenses for personal reasons. After choosing the frame and asking to buy it, the clerk did not sanitize it plus he wanted to sell me the display frame !!! Realizing the display frame, I asked to replace it and they replaced it. I'm not telling you about the card payment… well, in the end they gave me the glasses without a cleaning cloth which will cost 50 cents. Conclusion I went at the suggestion of other people but in my experience I strongly advise against it!

Occhiali acquistati il 6 ottobre. Mi hanno detto che potevo fare le lenti con una nuova tecnica per l'antiriflesso. È un mese è mezzo che sto aspettando le mie lenti. Se non chiamo io, non si preoccupano neanche di chiamare per sapere a che punto sono le lenti. Sono costretta a chiamarli ogni due - tre giorni per avere informazioni ed essere rimbalzata da un commesso all'altro. Pur di darmi la montatura, mi hanno dato delle "lenti cortesia", dopo un mese di ritardo.
Sto provando a chiamare anche oggi, ma continuano a non rispondere.
Incompetenti, non sanno gestire delle problematiche con i loro fornitori, non forniscono un feedback su cosa sta succedendo se non richiesto dal cliente, ho mandato un invito ad adempiere completamente ignorato.
Mai più in questo negozio. Sconsigliatissimo.

Glasses purchased on 6 October. They told me I could make lenses with a new anti-reflective technique. I've been waiting for my lenses for a month and a half. If I don't call, they don't even bother to call to find out where the lenses are. I have to call them every two to three days to get information and to be bounced from one salesperson to another. In order to give me the frame, they gave me some "slow courtesy" after a month of delay.
I'm trying to call again today, but they still don't answer.
Incompetent, they do not know how to handle issues with their suppliers, they do not provide feedback on what is happening unless requested by the customer, I sent an invitation to fulfill completely ignored.
Never again in this shop. Not recommended.
