β β β β β As a UK visitor I was surprised what Auchan had to offer. I will revisit this store when we have much more time. Every person we spoke to were welcoming.

β β β β β Free wfi. Came here while visiting. Good selection of stores. Good deals and good service. We spent the day and did a lot of shopping. It was fun and we were able to stop have lunch. Food was great with a great variety of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely go back.

β β β β β Staff is unprofessional and cannot speak a single word of English: bought two different types of apples, printed out two barcodes and sticked both of them on one plastic bag (coz I donβt want to waste two). The lady at cashier couldnβt understand it... for other single item which I bought 3 times, she had to scan 3 times instead of 1 time barcode scan x 3... simply letting people wait for long time.

β β β β β A huge nice shop into a fantastic shopping centre. Lots of promo and quality food. Counters are amazing and full of local products. Always busy most of all during the weekend. It's always worth a visit there.

β β β β β Very poor customer service ,I'm visiting Italy from another Country. I purchased several items from this store and by mistake I purchased 2 items that where in the wrong basket, I went right way to the customer service to have them exchanged, I was told by the lady working there that it is not possible to exchange it.I know it is my fault that I dint verify the items I want to purchase,at the same time I dint think it was a big deals to have them exchanged.
Obviously they have a very poor directions from the management and that what create a very poor customer service
