★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza bionda è di una incapacità senza limiti. Ha tenuto un cliente dalle 10.15 alle 11.15, ora in cui sono andato via. Evidentemente non riusciva a fare un contratto.... e nel frattempo persone andavano via. Come fanno certe persone a lavorare e chi ha voglia a stare a casa? Lo trasmetto soprattutto ai proprietari del negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta sempre a questo negozio ( da anni ormai) per acquistare cellulari con pacchetti inclusi, e per la linea fissa. E anche se non sono mai mancati gli intoppi, qualche problemino qua e là, la signorina Serena e sempre stata competente riuscendo ogni volta a sistemare il tutto con professionalità e molta gentilezza.
La mia sperienza più che positiva
I have always turned to this shop (for years now) to buy mobile phones with packages included, and for the landline. And even if there have never been a lack of hitches, a few problems here and there, Miss Serena has always been competent, managing every time to arrange everything with professionalism and a lot of kindness.

Ho effettuato una voltura di linea verso TIM ed ha seguito tutta la pratica in modo efficacie ed efficiente fino al contatto del tecnico per l'appuntamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parlato con la commessa di nome Serena per quanto riguarda il kit gratuito che fornisce la Panini ai clienti Tim, mi sono presentato con una fattura su dispositivo poiché mia mamma sta poco bene e non avrei potuto farla venire di persona e mi sono reso subito disponibile a fornire tutta la documentazione per accertare che io fossi realmente cliente Tim. Per una bustina di calciatori ha voluto la copia originale della fattura mandandomi via e iniziando a parlare con un altro cliente alle mie spalle. Maleducazione a livelli cosmici… l’altra ragazzo al bancone di nome Sante è rimasto dalla faccia anch’egli sconcertato dalla reazione della sua collega. Insomma questo centro Tim meriterebbe di chiudere o per lo meno licenziare questa Serena. Provvederò a segnalare personalmente al centro clienti Tim questa pessima esperienza.
Ps. La foto l’ho presa da internet dato che la bustina nonostante sia super cliente Tim non mi è stata data.
