dopo aver chiamato continuamente,
per un errore commesso da loro,
mi hanno lasciato più di 10 giorni senza linea internet e minuti.
Recandomi problemi lavorativi di una certa importanza.
E senza essere capaci di risolvere la problematica creata da loro stessi.
Credo che questo unito alla maleducazione dell'operatrice rappresenti un immagine NO PROFESSIONALE del marchio che voi stessi rappresentate.
Concludo con il dire che siete gente non seria e poco corretta.
Vi ringrazio per la vs. risposta visto le tantissime chiamate dove non ho mai avuto risposta.
Vi prego di risolvere definitivamente il tutto.

Imparate prima l’educazione fate un corso di formazione e poi potreste forse presentare dei prodotti.

Chiedo all'operatore di controllare se il mio contratto 3 era scaduto, mi risponde di stare tranquillo che potevo stipularne un altro con qualsiasi compagnia perché non avrei pagato nessuna penale. Oggi mi arriva la fattura di € 50,00 da pagare perché ho rescisso 3 giorni prima della naturale scadenza.
Ora chi mi deve rimborsare???? Se non sanno utilizzare i PC non li assumete.
Absolute incompetence. I ask the operator to check if my contract 3 has expired, he replies that I feel comfortable that I could take out another with any company because I would not have paid any penalty. Today I receive an invoice of € 50.00 to be paid because I canceled 3 days before the natural deadline.
Now who has to refund me ???? If they can't use PCs, don't hire them.

I commessi sono incompetenti, si sono messi a litigare tra di loro e sono stati estremamente maleducati con me e un’altra signora che chiedeva informazioni.
Atteggiamento scocciato e arrogante. Inoltre quando ho cercato di fargli capire quello che mi serviva, mi hanno trattata come una sciocca... dico solo che mi sono ritrovata con l’offerta disattivata e €10,99 in meno senza un apparente motivo. Complimenti ai ragazzi perché non ho mai avuto un servizio così pessimo, se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei.

The clerks are incompetent, they started arguing with each other and were extremely rude to me and another lady who asked for information.
Annoyed and arrogant attitude. Also, when I tried to make them understand what I needed, they treated me like a fool ... I just say that I found myself with the offer deactivated and € 10.99 less for no apparent reason. Kudos to the guys because I have never had such bad service, if I could put 0 stars I would.
