★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo uno zaino adatto alle misure per la Ryanair e la commessa mi consiglia uno in particolare, ma alla richiesta di metro per misurare, per tre volte mi dice che rispetta le misure richieste e non c'è bisogno di misurare. Al ché a casa misuro lo zaino ed è fuori dalle mie richieste. Essendo in saldo, non posso cambiarlo con qualsiasi articolo, perché le disposizioni Carpisa non lo permettono. Quindi sono stato costretto a scambiarlo con articoli in saldo non del tutto utili. Non tornerò più ad acquistare da Carpisa.
I was looking for a backpack suitable for the measurements for Ryanair and the saleswoman recommends one in particular, but when asked for a meter to measure, she tells me three times that it respects the required measurements and there is no need to measure. At home I measure the backpack and it is out of my requests. Being on sale, I cannot exchange it for any item, because Carpisa provisions do not allow it. So I was forced to exchange it for items on sale that are not entirely useful. I will never go back to buying from Carpisa.
