Qui ci si sente a casa.
Pulito, molto organizzato (probabilmente aggiungerei qualche categoria più specifica in modo da trovare il libro che si vuole più velocemente) personale non intromissivo che in un'attività come questa è fondamentale.
Ti puoi rilassare, sederti e "leggerti" il libro che vuoi.
Ovviamente c'è anche spazio per i bambini e per la musica.

Here you feel at home.
Clean, very organized (I would probably add some more specific categories in order to find the book you want faster) non-intrusive staff that is fundamental in an activity like this.
You can relax, sit and "read" the book you want.
Obviously there is also space for children and music.

peccato che ha molte serie e molti cofanetti ma è raro trovare un PRIMO VOLUME comunque sono stato più di 30 minuti a scegliere, ottima davvero
So I went there to get some manga.
pity that it has many series and many box sets but it is rare to find a FIRST VOLUME however I have been more than 30 minutes to choose, really excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia assoluta. Ero andato a comprare un libro con mio figlio che ha 4 anni.. stava scegliendo il libro e ne aveva messi 2 fuoriposto. Dopo un minuto arriva l'unica commessa in servizio, che inizia a mettere nervosamente in ordine tutto il reparto borbottando ad alta voce "che era stanca di dover mettere sempre in ordine ed altro..." . Sono andato via. Complimenti alla feltrinelli per la scelta del personale!
Absolute rudeness. I went to buy a book with my son who is 4 years old .. he was choosing the book and had put 2 out of place. After a minute the only saleswoman on duty arrives and begins to nervously tidy up the whole department muttering aloud "that she was tired of always having to tidy up and more ...". I went away. Congratulations to Feltrinelli for choosing the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria ben fornita e ben organizzata...peccato per il personale inesistente ma cmq sorvoliamo su questo punto perché ho trovato da sola quello che cercavo.
Personalmente mi focalizzerei sui modi di fare del personale presente in cassa...
Prima dovevano finire il loro discorso su cosa preparare la domenica a pranzo e poi dopo essersi accorte che le casse erano andate in blocco (la fila di 8 persone in cassa, altro che norme anti covid) hanno avuto da ridire sul metodo di pagamento che dovevo e potevo utilizzare...per non farla troppo lunga, ho lasciato i libri e sono andata via.
Well-stocked and well-organized library ... shame about the non-existent staff but cmq let's overlook this point because I found what I was looking for by myself.
Personally I would focus on the ways of doing the staff present at the cash desk ...
First they had to finish their speech on what to prepare on Sunday for lunch and then after realizing that the cash desks had gone in bulk (the line of 8 people at the cash desk, other than anti-covid rules) they had to say about the payment method I had to and I could use ... not to make it too long, I left the books and went away.
