Mai avuto un rimborso o altra montatura, nonostante le mie numerose richieste. Per niente professionali. Da evitare assolutamente.
Bad experience with this shop, in replacing the only lenses of my glasses, they broke my frame. They replaced it with one of bad quality, hideous. Never got a refund or other hype, despite my numerous requests. Not at all professional. To be avoided absolutely.

Dopo due settimane mi avvisano (ho dovuto chiamare io) che le lenti degli occhiali da sole sono state rotte in fase di montaggio e che avrei dovuto attendere ancora. Passate altre due settimane circa mi contattano informandomi che sono arrivati gli occhiali ma con montatura sbagliata. Accetto comunque per evitare di aspettare ancora.
Ritirati entrambi gli occhiali noto che in quelli da vista c'è un gioco eccessivo della lente destra nella montatura e quest'ultima scricchiola parecchio. Cambiata la montatura ma stesso problema. Richiesta sostituzioni lenti con ordine online "veloce" (a detta loro due giorni). Dopo un'altra settimana ho fatto il reso di entrambi.
Brutta esperienza
Ordered eyeglasses and sunglasses shortly after mid-August. After two weeks they warn me (I had to call myself) that the sunglasses lenses were broken during assembly and that I would have to wait a little longer. After another two weeks or so, they contact me and inform me that the glasses have arrived but with the wrong frame. However, I accept to avoid waiting any longer.
Withdrawn both glasses I notice that in the prescription ones there is an excessive play of the right lens in the frame and the latter creaks a lot. Frame changed but same problem. Request for slow replacements with "fast" online order (according to them two days). After another week I returned both of them.
