Uno degli impiegati ha preferito continuare la propria conversazione con un conoscente piuttosto che darmi una mano nella ricerca dell'occhiale. Personale davvero maleducato, da evitare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due lenti zeiss credendo di scegliere il top ma, forse perché non montate con precisione , sono rimasto deluso; praticamente devo usare le lenti da vicino perchè la visione da vicino con quelle progressive è fastidiosa. Provenivo da altro marchio, forse meno blasonato ma che offriva una vista migliore. Personale alquanto distaccato
I bought two zeiss lenses believing to choose the top but, perhaps because they were not assembled with precision, I was disappointed; practically I have to use the lenses closely because the near vision with the progressive ones is annoying. I came from another brand, perhaps less noble but offering a better view. Very detached staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio che offrono per le lenti a contatto è davvero buono. Ti fanno arrivare dei campioni gratuiti e poi ti fissano un appuntamento con personale esperto per aiutarti a metterle. Per noi la Sig.ra Michela è stata di grande supporto, persona molto paziente e disponibile.
The service they offer for contact lenses is really good. They get you free samples and then arrange an appointment with experienced staff to help you get them. For us Mrs. Michela was a great support, very patient and helpful person.
