Ho acquistato 2 paia di occhiali per un importo di oltre 300 euro.
Il paio di occhiali di mio marito è tutto ok. Purtroppo non ero soddisfatto e gli occhiali non andavano bene.
Mi riportano gli occhiali con la ricevuta di rimborso e alla fine mi dicono di no?!!!!!!!!! Due settimane senza notizie, ho dovuto chiamare, non è normale!!!
Ed è scritto sostanzialmente soddisfatto o rimborsato?!
Very disappointed with the shop.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses for an amount of over 300 euros.
My husband's pair of glasses is all right. Unfortunately I was not satisfied and the glasses did not fit.
They bring back the glasses with the refund receipt and in the end they say no? !!!!!!!!! Two weeks without news, I had to call, that's not normal !!!
And is it written basically satisfied or reimbursed ?!

Il ragazzo che mi ha aiutata nell'acquisto è stato molto competente e paziente. Avevo un modello in mente e mi ha aiutata nella scelta, mi ha fatto un'ulteriore visita agli occhi per essere sicuro che le gradazioni lenti fossero corrette, mi ha spiegato tutte le promozioni possibili e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ne ho approfittato e ho anche acquistato un paio di occhiali da sole graduati, pagati pochissimo. La spedizione è arrivata a casa con qualche ritardo, ma in piena settimana di ferragosto è più che comprensibile.

The guy who helped me with the purchase was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a model in mind and he helped me with my choice, he paid me another eye visit to be sure that the lens gradations were correct, he explained all the possible promotions to me and I must say that I was very satisfied. I took advantage of it and also bought a pair of graduated sunglasses, paid very little. The shipment arrived home with some delay, but in the middle of the week of August it is more than understandable.

I bought 3 pairs of glasses from them in one go, I was treated very well by both the staff (super friendly), also despite having bought 3 glasses I got a good deal!
