Ho avuto un piccolo problema di lenti e naturalmente mi sono recata nel punto vendita della mia città .. È la commessa mi dice che il problema nn può risolverlo devo andare a Reggio .. Allora mi chiedo e se l avessi comperato a 300 km dalla mia città Mi dovevo fare un viaggio x risolvere il problema ... La commessa della mia città nn è stata professionale .. Ho risolto andando di nuovo a Reggio e il commesso sempre gentile ha risolto il problema .. Più attenti nelle assunzioni di personale. I had a small problem of lenses and of course I went to the store in my city .. It is the clerk tells me that the problem can not solve it I have to go to Reggio .. I solved going back to Reggio and the kindly clerk solved the problem .. More attentive staff recruitment.

Siamo passati pre chiedere una sostituzione e dopo un controllo ci hanno riferito che dopo 2 anni e 1 mese la garanzia era scaduta. Ottimo servizio grazie. Considerando che il problema era capitato mesi prima. Comunque per un difetto di fabbricazione non credo che 2 anni siano tassativi Good prices (used a promo) but bad quality lenses. Get 3 glasses 2 years ago and 2 on three ruined lenses that have taken the anti-glare.
