Fanno bene i colleghi che si iscrivono nei sindacati autonomi, farò lo stesso anch'io. Vergogna It is shameful no one answers the phone, they put cellphone numbers inside and no one answers. Ti fanno aspettare anche 10 minuti dicendo che sei la prima in lista e grazie per la pazienza e blabla e poi improvvisamente "il servizio non è disponibile". Sono tre giorni che provo, non potendo andare di persona. Davvero pessimo servizio. A whole morning of unsuccessful attempts over the phone. They make you wait even 10 minutes by saying that you are the first on the list and thanks for your patience and blabla and then suddenly "the service is not available". I've been trying for three days, not being able to go in person. Really bad service.

Provato più volte a contattarlo via centralino, rilevo che non rispondono. Non sono soddisfatto del servizio. I have not received satisfactory explanations regarding some expenses which they consider non-deductible on the 730; asked for clarification, I was sent back to the manager who was not available. Tried several times to contact him via the switchboard, I find that they do not respond. I am not satisfied with the service.

Sono tesserato da anni ma bisogna che do disdetta e mi rivolgo a persone più professionali Hours .... hours .... hours .... hours ..... hours .... and hours on the phone without anyone answering. Somo 6 mesi che trasciniamo un licenziamento, senza parole. Non iscrivetevi. Dare 0 stelle ma non si può. They are shameful. They do not support you despite the fact that you are registered! They don't answer you, they don't call back, weeks go by even just for an appointment. It's been 6 months since we drag a layoff, speechless. Don't sign up. Give 0 stars but you can't.
F	Francesca Tincani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 46 anni di tesseramento al sindacato CISL, ho annullato la mia adesione per il trattamento ricevuto quest'anno al CAF. Non è possibile che la CISL di Modena permetta al dirigente Caf di applicare tariffe esorbitanti senza avvertire prima i tesserati. Quest'anno, per la dichiarazione 730 congiunta con mio marito, mi sono trovata 60€ in più rispetto all'anno scorso. Alla mia richiesta di una motivazione valida, la signora responsabile dell'ufficio mi ha detto che non siamo al mercato e non si contratta sul conto da pagare. Il dirigente, invece, al telefono ha asserito che quest'anno hanno deciso di diminuire il costo delle prestazioni ai tesserati e che non mi dovevo lamentare. Peccato che a mio marito in cambio hanno aumentato talmente tanto che abbiamo speso 60€in più rispetto allo scorso anno!!! Forse al dirigente, quando ha stabilito le nuove tariffe, così "generosamente convenienti per i tesserati"...è sfuggito che i tesserati, che gli stanno così a cuore, non sono tutti single o vedovi. Il piccolo sconto che ho ricevuto da tesserata è stato ripagato al CAF- CISL tre volte tanto dall'aumento pagato da mio marito. Questo è il modo in cui il mio sindacato vigila e mi tutela? Grazie, ma ho preferito togliermi!! Troverò sicuramente altri patronati che faranno spendere meno di 180€ a due pensionati per il 730! After 46 years of membership in the CISL union, I canceled my membership for the treatment received this year at the CAF. It is not possible that the CISL of Modena allows the Caf executive to apply exorbitant rates without first informing the members. This year, for the joint 730 declaration with my husband, I found € 60 more than last year. At my request for a valid reason, the lady in charge of the office told me that we are not at the market and she does not bargain on the bill to pay. The manager, however, on the phone asserted that this year they decided to reduce the cost of services to members and that I should not complain. Too bad that in exchange for my husband they increased so much that we spent € 60 more than last year !!! Perhaps the manager, when he established the new rates, so "generously convenient for members" ... it escaped that the members, who are so close to his heart, are not all single or widowed. The small discount I received as a member was paid back to the CAF-CISL three times as much by the increase paid by my husband. Is this how my union watches over and protects me? Thanks, but I preferred to take off !! I will certainly find other patronages that will make two pensioners spend less than € 180 for the 730!
