★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa troppo lunghi: ho dovuto aspettare 14 giorni lavorativi per avere i miei nuovi occhiali da vista (per fortuna non avevo un bisogno urgente di averli, altrimenti sarebbe stato un bel problema). Per riceverli poi sono dovuto andare io a controllare direttamente in negozio, in quanto nessuno mi aveva avvisato del loro arrivo. In più, quando ho chiesto una possibilità di sostituzione della montatura, mi è stata promessa una chiamata in 2-3 giorni lavorativi, ma questa chiamata non è mai arrivata.
Non farò più acquisti in questo negozio, questo è sicuro.
 Too long waiting times: I had to wait 14 working days to get my new prescription glasses (luckily I didn't urgently need them, otherwise it would have been a big problem). To receive them then I had to go and check directly in the shop, as no one had informed me of their arrival. Plus, when I asked for a frame replacement option, I was promised a call in 2-3 business days, but this call never came.
I will not be shopping at this store again, that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato gli occhiali che volevo, mi sono fatto fare l'offerta (700 Euro) prezzo fisso come da loro cartoncino standard. Il tipo che mi ha servito era su di giri e' riuscito a dirmi che mi verranno certamente le cataratte... haha capite ? Attenzione al cliente zero in piu' suggerisco di mettere gente preparata, pulita (almeno le mani perfavore) ... non entrero' mai piu' in questo negozio
I found the glasses I wanted, I got the offer (700 Euros) fixed price as per their standard card. The guy who served me was high and managed to tell me that I will certainly have cataracts ... haha you understand? Attention to zero extra customer I suggest to put people prepared, clean (at least their hands please) ... I will never enter this shop again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima dicono un prezzo poi quando ci ritorni per l'acquisto dicono altro...non "parlano tutti la stessa lingua tra di loro". Il prezzo fatevelo mettere per iscritto e annotatevi con chi parlate, in modo che quando tornate non si creano questi episodi com'è capitato a noi di dover discutere col manager del negozio anche un po' arrogante. Oltretutto abbiamo dovuto scomodare una persona anziana disabile che era l'interessata all'acquisto. Meno male che all'interno del Centro commerciale non sono gli unici...Pessima esperienza. Inaffidabili
P.s comperati in un altro negozio con le stesse caratteristiche e pagati 3 volte meno
First they say a price then when you come back to buy them they say something else ... they don't "all speak the same language among themselves". Have the price put in writing and write down who you talk to, so that when you come back these episodes do not happen as happened to us having to argue with the manager of the store, even a little arrogant. Furthermore, we had to bother an elderly disabled person who was interested in the purchase. Luckily, they're not the only ones inside the Mall ... Bad experience. Unreliable
P.s bought in another shop with the same characteristics and paid 3 times less

EXCELLENT! Accurate and flawless eye examination by Alex (a staff guy) who is very meticulous and attentive to the customer's needs. Followed step by step until the glasses are delivered, making sure they are perfect.
