Non mi piace invece la politica aziendale che viene adottata, tipo: appuntamento di 4 giorni per ritirare un paio di occhiali da vista già presenti nel negozio. Mi sono recata per chiedere che mi montassero lenti da vista di un occhiale rotto su una montatura che avevo acquistato on-line perché non era più disponibile nei loro negozi. Occhiale pronto in un minuto, era un po' largo, sono intervenute subito e si sono rese disponibili nel caso in cui nei prossimi giorni avessi riscontrato ancora difficoltà. Tutto gratuitamente. P	Patatì Patatà Come Te on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato da loro degli occhiali con una lente evidentemente graffiata, impossibile non rendersene conto, anche perchè ci vedevo male. Mi hanno rimandato indietro dicendo che era tutto normale, che erano fatti così. Ora, io vado dall'ottica da quando ero bambina e onestamente so benissimo che un occhiale eccessivamente graffiato (soprattutto in determinati punti) rischia di danneggiare la vista, anche perchè si vede male. Com'è che loro mi hanno rimandata a casa facendomi capire che non esistevano problemi? Vendete occhiali da vista, non patatine fritte, abbiate a cura la salute dei vostri clienti. Dopo di loro sono andata da un altro ottico che, sentendo questa loro affermazione, mi ha confermato che il graffio c'era, a differenza loro. Dopo questa esperienza, dubito che ci andro' di nuovo.
