L'impiegata che ha seguito la mia pratica e' molto professionale cortese e gentile.......dovrebbero essere tutti come lei !!!!
After the countless hardships for the contact (the center switchboard does not respond during opening hours) I managed to have an appointment.
Nothing to complain about as regards the work they actually do:
The employee who followed my practice is very professional, courteous and kind ....... they should all be like her !!!!
