★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non recensisco sulla catena, in quanto non c'è bisogno. Ma tra i vari punti vendita, quello di via Garibaldi è insuperabile: commesse professionali, attente, premuroso e affidabili.
I don't review on the chain, as there is no need. But among the various stores, the one in via Garibaldi is unsurpassed: professional, attentive, considerate and reliable orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglierei di modificare gli orari di apertura, mi sono recata apposta in pausa pranzo con un'amica e ho trovato chiuso. O meglio, porta chiusa e luci accese, spente poco dopo aver ricevuto un "è chiuso" in tono molto sgradevole dalla commessa che all'interno del negozio non si è degnata nemmeno di un accenno di sorriso o di scuse per il disguido. Non ci tornerò più, ci sono mille altri punti vendita Motivi.
I would recommend changing the opening hours, I went on a lunch break with a friend and found it closed. Or rather, the door closed and the lights on, turned off shortly after receiving a very unpleasant "it's closed" tone from the shop assistant who didn't even deign to give a hint of a smile or an apology for the inconvenience. I won't go back there, there are a thousand other Motivi stores.
