La mia segnalazione ha come oggetto la maleducazione della commessa che avrebbe dovuto assistere alla vendita. Mi sarebbe piaciuto provare un vestito rosa presente in vetrina, la commessa un po’ scocciata mi ha mostrato quello blu non tenendo in considerazione il fatto che lo avessi chiesto rosa, le ho allora chiesto gentilmente se lo avesse del colore da me indicato, la Signora mi ha risposto allora, finalmente, che avrebbe controllato (il tutto ovviamente sempre con lo stesso entusiasmo).
L’ “assistente alla vendita” (o almeno così dovrebbe essere) peró si dirige verso un’altra cliente con la quale instaura un interessantissimo discorso durato 10 minuti, incurante di dire quelle frasi di cortesia (tipo “un attimo solo e sono subito da lei”) che avrebbero sollevato, almeno un po’, due clienti che attendevano la fine di una personalissima chiacchierata. Che dire da Luisa Spagnoli ci si aspetterebbe un altro tipo di attenzione.

My report focuses on the rudeness of the order that was supposed to attend the sale. I would have liked to try a pink dress in the window, the annoyed saleswoman showed me the blue one, not considering the fact that I asked for it pink, so I asked her politely if she had the color I indicated, the Lady he replied then, finally, that he would check (all obviously always with the same enthusiasm).
The "sales assistant" (or so it should be) but goes to another customer with whom he establishes a very interesting 10 minute speech, regardless of saying those courtesy phrases (such as "just a moment and I am immediately her ”) that would have raised, at least a little, two customers who were waiting for the end of a very personal chat. What to say from Luisa Spagnoli one would expect another kind of attention.
