★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi verso le 12 per un semplice manicure, niente smalto ne gel, già ho le mani poco disastrate per mia fortuna, ma sono uscita da sanguinando dalle dita, la ragazza era troppo frettolosa il che non capisco perché poiché non c’erano clienti in attesa, anzi, le colleghe erano libere, purtroppo ha levato con le forbicine per le cuticole la pelle, strappando proprio. Non ci tornerò più, oltre le ferite ho dovuto farle notare che c’erano ancora delle asticelle di unghia da tagliare. Ora non posso manco usare il gel perché brucia. Ma non le è dispiaciuto farmi pagare 11€ per conciarmi così. Il problema non è il prezzo, ma che sia successo a entrambe le mani senza neanche dispiacersi. Pessima esperienza.

I won't go back there, besides the wounds I had to point out that there were still some nail sticks to cut. Now I can't even use the gel because it burns. But she didn't mind making me pay € 11 to dress me up like that. The problem is not the price, but that it happened to both hands without even feeling sorry. Bad experience.
