★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovreste aggiornare i vostri orari!! Se domenica c'è scritto che è aperto e poi quando arrivo trovo chiuso, non è per niente carino né corretto nei confronti della clientela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrata con l intenzione di comprare almeno 200€ di roba, commesse sgarbate che ti mettono fretta per provare le cose in camerino con la scusa che la gente che ha meno indumenti di te da provare , deve entrare ! Io che dopo mezz ora ho aspettato il mio turno , mi ritrovo a dover provare tutto di fretta perché le commesse mi stanno addosso e non vogliono aiutarmi quando chiedo loro gentilmente di cambiarmi una cosa mi si risponde che c’è la coda di gente e quindi devo sbrigarmi !! Imbarazzante ! Non tornerò mai più !!
As soon as you enter with the intention of buying at least € 200 worth of stuff, rude shop assistants who rush you to try things on in the dressing room with the excuse that people who have less clothes than you to try on, must go in! I, who after half an hour have waited for my turn, find myself having to try everything in a hurry because the orders are on me and do not want to help me when I kindly ask them to change something I am told that there is a queue of people and therefore I must hurry !! Embarrassing! I will never go back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa. Acquisto i regali per Natale visto che i cambi si possono fare fino a fine gennaio. Mi presento il 27 ed il negozio è chiuso senza indicazioni x la riapertura. Ritorno due giorni fa e non posso fare il cambio taglia xché l'articolo è esaurito. Dopo aver chiesto più volte indicazioni,
a personale diverso, scocciate mi dicono che nel caso posso avere un buono. Tiro su qualcosa,vado in cassa ma devo fare acquisti x un altro euro allora dico che lo lascio xché non è mia intenzione spenderne 5 x avere 1 la collega dice: ridiamole questo euro altrimenti con questa ci perdiamo 2 ore. Grazie x l'educazione e vi dico che se non siete in grado di fare cambi taglia dopo pochi giorni è meglio che evitate di fare promesse inutili, ci fate più bella figura
Very disappointed. I buy gifts for Christmas since the changes can be made until the end of January. I show up on the 27th and the shop is closed with no indications for reopening. I come back two days ago and I can't change size because the item is out of stock. After asking for directions several times,
to different staff, annoyed they tell me that in case I can have a voucher. I pull on something, I go to the cashier but I have to shop for another euro then I say that I leave it because it is not my intention to spend 5 x to have 1 the colleague says: let's give her back this euro otherwise we will lose 2 hours with this. Thanks for the education and I tell you that if you are not able to change size after a few days it is better that you avoid making useless promises, you make a better impression
