Really nice girls. We presented ourselves with a particular issue and they went out of their way in explanations and in search of a solution and, although we did not find it as it was really difficult, they were of exquisite courtesy and sympathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to change the arms of my broken glasses. I paid 45€. When I came to pick up my glasses,they only changed the arms of it,it was still unbalanced and I couldn’t wear it. When I asked Ms.SHEILA S. to fix it she yelled at me said it can’t be fixed since I broke it. When I asked her why she didn’t tell that it wasn’t fixable before I gave the money, she kept on yelling at me. I further asked her to at least rebalance the glasses at first she told me “no I can’t change it you broke it”. When I kept on insisting for another repair she started to talk in Italian to another colleague even when I asked her to keep it in English. another college came and try to fix it. Even though she couldn’t fix it as well she was helpful. Right after I left I went to another store which is right next to porta Venezia metro station and he fixed it in5 minutes. Her attitude is not acceptable. Do not come here and save yourself from trouble.
