m	mari S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima serieta'!! quando acquisti inizialmente ti dicono un costo e poi quando arriva l'occhiale paghi un bel 20per cento in più senza spiegazione e quando si rompono per un difetto dell'occhiale non ti fanno neanche un preventivo di spesa e non ti fanno passare neanche la garanzia! Inoltre quando chiedi spiegazioni ti dicono che se non ti va bene di lasciarli lì gli occhiali !! metto una stella perchè non si può mettere ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bad seriousness !! when you buy initially they tell you a cost and then when the eyewear arrives you pay a good 20 percent more without explanation and when they break because of a defect in the glasses they don't even give you a cost estimate and they don't even give you the guarantee! D	Daniele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati a Giugno per rifare i nostri occhiali e mia moglie ad oggi non é riuscita a indossare i sui occhiali nuovi dopo aver sborsato 500 euro, gli hanno rifatto gli occhiali per tre volte senza capire il problema vero della vista di mia moglie, in più il disagio di restare senza occhiali e tutte le volte che abbiamo fatto avanti e indietro. Alla fine si trattava di una semplice miopia e bastavano delle semplici lenti da riposo, il nuovo ottico ha voluto 75 euro. Oltre alla professionalità e l'ottimo ambiente troverete personale simpatico e soprattutto preparato. Francesca con uno sguardo ti trova la montatura perfetta. Mi sono recata con i miei occhiali vecchi, semplicemente perchè dovevo cambiarli, altri negozi avrebbero verificato le vecchie lenti e ti avrebbero proposto gli occhiali nuovi, qui si sono premurati di rifarmi una visita molto accurata per capire effettivamente il tipo di lenti di cui avevo bisogno, spiegandomi anche a cosa serviva ogni esame ed in base a cosa avrebbero stabilito il tipo di lente. grazie davvero. Viene fatto un preventivo per l acquisto di un occhiale, ed al momento del pagamento magicamente costa 20/25 euro in più. Poca trasparenza. 08/07/21 purtroppo non riesco a commentare la sua risposta di una settimana fà, alla mia recensione di 3 anni fa. Sinceramente gia questo vostro atteggiamento dimostra la serietà.
