Non hanno dato soluzioni alternative, dando colpa al fornitore. Incredibile come poco veritiere le risposte per cercare di incrementare gradimento. Invece di commentare positivamente cose non vere andate a fare il. Vostro lavoro cercando di farlo meglio di adesso. Dare la colpa ad un fornitore e poco professionale. Il personale e' cordiale e competente, e mi ha aiutato a trovare il paio di occhiali che meglio mi si addice! Molto soddisfatto! Tornero' quando dovro' cambiare gli occhiali! Professionali e trasparenti, mi han sempre presentato vantaggi e svantaggi delle varie opzioni per permettermi di scegliere in maniera informata (molto importante, trattandosi della mia salute, ma per esperienza non così scontato). Nella scelta degli occhiali sono presenti per aiutare, ma senza essere insistenti. Esco ogni volta soddisfatto e continuerò a rivolgermi a loro per la mia salute.
