Io penso che se qualcuno non ha voglia di lavorare, dia spazio a chi ha voglia e bisogno di lavorare. Non devo per forza comprare un paio di occhiali da 200€ per essere trattata bene, ma anche se compro degli occhiali economici devo essere trattata allo stesso modo e con professionalità. A mai più. Yesterday 8/9/2018, as soon as I entered the shop I was not taken into consideration, I was treated superficially and without professionalism. I think that if someone does not want to work, he gives space to those who want and need to work. I don't have to buy a 200 € pair of glasses to be treated well, but even if I buy cheap glasses I need to be treated equally and professionally. To never again.

Eravamo andati da altri ottici, sapevamo che cmq le lenti progressive hanno un certo costo, ma tra tutti abbiamo di gran lunga scelto Tuttottica. Ottimo! My husband and I both needed progressive lenses. The doctor who followed us was sooooo kind, patient and professional. We went to other opticians, we knew that progressive lenses have a certain cost, but among all we have chosen Tuttottica by far. Great!
