Non rilasciano nessun tipo di garanzia ne’ per le lenti ne’ per gli occhiali. I spent 220 euros for poor glasses and poor lenses. Not advised, owner not serious and absolutely unprofessional. They do not issue any type of guarantee, neither for the lenses nor for the glasses.

Quando sono entrata, ho lasciato la porta aperta e sono stata "ripresa" dal titolare perché la porta doveva essere chiusa secondo lui. Dopo aver fatto notare che non si può stare al chiuso senza mascherina,la risposta del titolare è stata.. "Io sono vaccinato, quindi il problema non c'è".. Sono andata via subito, senza polemiche, ma è assurdo che al giorno d'oggi ancora ci sia gente non curante delle regole. Forse non sa che nei locali al chiuso la mascherina è obbligatoria, anche se si è vaccinati! ASSURDO! Leggo in una recensione lasciata che gli occhiali non hanno garanzia rilasciata. Questo è assolutamente impossibile in quanto tutte le lenti sono coperte da garanzia ed hanno un loro specifico libretto. Quattro anni fa una lente presentò un difetto qualche mese dopo l’acquisto e mi fu cambiata senza problema alcuno I have been using this optician for at least 15 years and have always had a great time.
