Primi piatti classici della tradizione romana più un sugo "del giorno", oltre ai grandi classici quali burro e salvia. Le porzioni sono giuste come quantità, una cucina molto casalinga a livello di sapori. Essendo tutto espresso i tempi non sono molto veloci, ma ne vale la pena. Una pecca personalmente è la assenza del pane, soprattutto dopo aver preso una amatriciana la scarpetta è d'obbligo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An authentic Roman experience! We met Mauricio the other week at a fresh market and he invited us to his store for some fresh homemade Roman pasta! The staff are friendly and Mauricio knew everyone in the restaurant! What’s more is you can get a huge plate of pasta for 5euro!
