Sono tornata per cambiarla e una delle commesse (l'altra è stata molto carina) mi ha accusato, con una certa arroganza, di aver portato per il cambio una vecchia matita!!! Morale della favola: soldi buttati!! Pessimi!!!
I bought an eye pencil in the garbatella shop that had failed (it mines that it falls apart as soon as you try to use it). I came back to change it and one of the orders (the other one was very nice) accused me, with a certain arrogance, of having brought an old pencil for the change !!! Moral of the story: wasted money !! Bad !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi alti, personale scortese. Vorrei privilegiare i negozi locali ma in certi casi meglio Amazon anche se mi è antipatico. Certi negozi non hanno proprio ragione di esistere. Alla larga!
High prices, unfriendly staff. I would like to favor local shops but in some cases Amazon is better even if I dislike it. Some shops have no real reason to exist. Stay away!
