★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta all'uovo fatta con le uova fresche bianche (non quelle in bottiglia già pastorizzate come fanno quasi tutti), i ravioli con ricotta fresca e spinaci freschi in foglia (no surgelati!), i tortellini, le specialità di tante regioni anche su ordinazione,... semplicemente un gioiello di pasta all'uovo con prezzi giusti (bassi).
Egg pasta made with fresh white eggs (not those in the bottle already pasteurized as almost everyone does), ravioli with fresh ricotta and fresh leaf spinach (not frozen!), Tortellini, the specialties of many regions also on order, simply a jewel of egg pasta with fair (low) prices.
