Personale simpatico e gentilissimo, ci ha fatto due bruschette con due gusti diversi per ognuna! Ci torneremo sicuramente anche perché devo assaggiare le bruschette con la curcuma e le birre!Ah come antipasto ci ha servito delle patate locali molto buone con il sale, cosa che non avevo mai assaggiato così! Quasi si respira aria di vero pub inglese. Capitati per caso quest'estate, ormai nostra tappa fissa. Bravi Rino e Bruno. Unique environment! Ho accettato di assaggiare le bruschette conservando sempre quel tantino di diffidenza. Dopo aver ordinato, il gestore ci ha portato delle piccole patate locali, da degustare nell'attesa. Già questo gesto mi ha conquistato e mi ha fatto cambiare opinione. La cortesia e l'attenzione al cliente è cosa rara. Ma il meglio è arrivato dopo. Un pane strepitoso, saputo dopo fatto con patate, e un condimento altrettanto eccezionale. Quei tavoloni dall'altra parte della strada, in un pezzetto di terra e coperti da ampi ombrelloni, hanno raccolto tutti i nostri complimenti, ma soprattutto il mio entusiasmo rispetto la diffidenza iniziale. Ha chiuso la bellissima esperienza un ottimo limoncino offerto dal titolare e i miei dovuti complimenti che hanno illuminato il viso di una persona che lavora bene e con passione. The wonderful experience ended with an excellent limoncino offered by the owner and my due compliments that illuminated the face of a person who works well and with passion. Subito affascinato dal caratteristico arredamento, quasi storico moderno pregno di ricordi. Nel menu mi concentro sulla bruschetta di pane alla curcuma, un pane decisamente caratteristico, sia per il colore intenso e caldo, che per il suo sapore particolare, leggermente amaro e piccante. Gli ingredienti nostrani come il radicchio di campo e la soppressa parlano di questi luoghi di montagna e di cuore. Una piccola romantica scoperta. Spero di ritornare a breve ad assaggiate il pane di patate. E si scopre così che i Sette Comuni nascondono tesori e combinazioni di natura lontani dai centri più rinomati.
