Pietanze non eccelse ma adeguate al prezzo. Non mi sono trovato bene però principalmente perché non esiste che il pane avanzato da un tavolo venga rimesso nei cestini degli alti tavoli da un cameriere a caso senza guanti. Non esiste proprio! Il pane va preparato da una persona con i guanti e poi gli avanzi gettati o dati ai numerosi cani presenti. Poi abbiamo chiesto (eravamo in 2) del vino sfuso ma ci è stato detto non essercene più. Con nostro immaginabile disappunto poi abbiamo visto vino sfuso rosso e bianco servito a 2 tavoli a noi vicini. Non ho espresso il mio malcontento al momento del conto solo perché non ne ho avuto il tempo. Il personale era molto impegnato e nessuno mi ha chiesto come ci siamo trovati. Un po’ di pulizia nel vano scale per i bagni non sarebbe male sostituendo magari il telo vecchissimo e usurato che le avvolge. Nel complesso non dico di evitarlo ma credo che certi comportamenti elementari verso gli alimenti non dovrebbero essere possibili in un ristorante tanto più che tutto sommato non si presenta male nel complesso. Excellent location for a walk, beautiful view from the room, availability and welcome even for pets. Dishes not excellent but adequate for the price. I was not happy, however, mainly because there is no way that the leftover bread from a table is put back in the baskets of the high tables by a random waiter without gloves. It just doesn't exist! The bread must be prepared by a person with gloves and then the leftovers thrown or given to the numerous dogs present. Then we asked (there were 2 of us) for bulk wine but we were told there wasn't any more. To our conceivable disappointment we then saw red and white bulk wine served at 2 tables next to us. I did not express my dissatisfaction at the time of the bill just because I did not have the time. The staff were very busy and no one asked me how we were. A little cleaning in the stairwell to the bathrooms would not be bad, perhaps replacing the very old and worn cloth that wraps them. Overall I am not saying to avoid it but I believe that certain elementary behaviors towards food should not be possible in a restaurant, especially since all in all it does not look bad overall.

La struttura è abbastanza datata,la camera spartana ma un elogio alla signora delle pulizie perché ha messo tutto in ordine oltre a pulire perfettamente. Colazione servita (si poteva chiedere quello che si voleva) e la cena superlativa. Essendo anche ristorante consiglio di provare a fermarsi a mangiare, magari dopo una passeggiata a Selv Art. We stayed a few days the week of the EPIPHANY. The structure is quite dated, the room spartan but a praise to the cleaning lady for putting everything in order as well as cleaning perfectly. Breakfast served (you could ask for what you wanted) and superb dinner. As it is also a restaurant, I recommend trying to stop and eat, perhaps after a walk in Selv Art.

Vista la bella giornata abbiamo mangiato fuori con vista altopiano mozzafiato! Birra, bigoli al ragù, spaghetto con burro di malga, maccheroncini al formaggio locale... Vi è venuto appetito?? Tutto buonissimo, ragù fatto in casa strepitoso! Personale gentilissimo! Da provare! We were today for lunch after a bad show at SelvArt. What about: amazing foods? Given the beautiful day we ate outside with a breathtaking view of the plateau! Beer, bigoli with meat sauce, spaghetti with alpine butter, macaroni with local cheese ... Have you got an appetite? All very good, amazing homemade ragù! Staff very kind! To try!
A	Andrea Cocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello ed accogliente. Facile da raggiungere, si va per la strada che porta al Verena e al secondo tornante si imbocca la strada e si è subito arrivati. Cibo molto buono, tipico cimbro: provate i vari piatti di formaggio o le zuppe cimbre, la pasta fatta in casa, la carne o i fantastici dolci. Lo chef è veramente in gamba e vi stupirà. Visuale fantastica, tra le più belle dell’altopiano. Accoglienza ottima, personale gentile e giovanile. Sedersi davanti al caminetto ed osservare la neve scendere fuori, eccezionale! Gli animali sono ammessi e il nostro cagnolino è stato accettato senza problemi. Da tenere in considerazione che le piste da sci sono molto vicine (5minuti in auto) e che ci sono dei sentieri che partono proprio dal rifugio. Da visitare il sentiero di Selvart che è stato realizzato con le piante schiantate dal Vaia. Consigliato! Very nice and welcoming place. Easy to reach, you go along the road that leads to Verena and at the second bend you take the road and you are immediately there. Very good food, typical Cimbrian: try the various cheese dishes or the Cimbrian soups, the homemade pasta, the meat or the fantastic desserts. The chef is really good and will amaze you. Fantastic view, among the most beautiful on the plateau. Excellent welcome, kind and youthful staff. Sitting in front of the fireplace and watching the snow fall outside, exceptional! Pets are allowed and our little dog was accepted without problems. Keep in mind that the ski slopes are very close (5 minutes by car) and that there are paths that start right from the refuge. To visit the Selvart path which was created with plants crashed by the Vaia. Recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, senza contare che ci si trova a 10 minuti dall'impianto sciistico. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato in albergo, e abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto ogni singola proposta culinaria! Un plauso particolare va alla carne preparata magistralmente, senza nulla togliere però alle altre portate! Impeccabile infine il personale di sala. Torneremo sicuramente. Stra consigliato! The place is clean and neat, with helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in 2 and we had a really great time, not to mention that we are located 10 minutes from the ski resort. In the evening we have always dined in the hotel, and we really appreciated every single culinary proposal! Special praise goes to the masterfully prepared meat, without detracting from the other courses! Finally, the dining room staff were impeccable. We will definitely be back. Stra recommended!
