 Small gem in the heart of the mountain, intimate restaurant with refined cuisine and always attentive and kind staff. Refined and classy cuisine, always exquisite homemade bread and refined and quality dishes. When I pass through the Plateau, a visit to the Three Sources is never missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place! Welcoming staff, great food which was presented beautifully, a vast choice of wine and all in a fare price. A nice and cosy design with an active fireplace that was used for cooking as well. A highly recommended place. Better to call ahead and order a table as the place is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality food, excellent meat quality and incredible preparation on the fireplace by the cook. There's a good selection of wines available by the bottle or the glass. The place is charming, very quiet and comfortable. The waiter went really out of his way to make us comfortable. We ordered various dishes and they presented everything in a sampler, that was a great touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing spot, one of the very best meals I've had since moving to Italy. Interior is charming with only about a dozen tables, with the grill taking up the full rear corner of the dining area. Every bit of our lunch was perfect, and we were so excited to try more than we ended up with plenty of grilled sausages and chicken to take home. Standout dish for me was the guancetta di maiale, which was perfectly tender and had a sauce so rich it nearly killed me. Will definitely be sending as many friends as want to trek up into the mountains, and will bring the rest of the family back again.
