D	Dany Vally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo già soggiornato, qualche anno fa, presso questo hotel a conduzione familiare, cii siamo fermati alla fine di agosto, a cena con amici , dopo una giornata trascorsa sull'Altopiano, tra i boschi e visitando la vicina Asiago. Abbiamo gustato piatti saporiti, tipici della cucina cimbra. Graditi i maccheroncini alla Toi e la polenta con funghi e tosella. Ottimo l'assortimento del carrello dei dolci . Having already stayed, a few years ago, at this family-run hotel, we stopped at the end of August, having dinner with friends, after a day spent on the plateau, in the woods and visiting the nearby Asiago. We enjoyed tasty dishes, typical of the Cimbrian cuisine. Macaroni alla Toi and polenta with mushrooms and tosella are appreciated. The assortment of dessert carts is excellent.

Le porzioni non sono abbondanti ma permettono di gustare primi e secondi senza terminare il pranzo con un macigno da digerire. Se volete gustarvi una polenta con il formaggio fuso però non rivolgetevi qui perché vi trovate con un piatto con al centro una fetta di formaggio scaldato e attorno tre piccole fettine di polenta...buone niente da dire....ma.... Local furniture with 70 years and very friendly staff; the menu is from the house and offers typical local dishes with the preparation of the ingredients taken care of directly from the property. The portions are not abundant but allow to taste first and second without finishing the lunch with a boulder to digest. If you want to enjoy a polenta with melted cheese but do not ask why you are here with a plate with a central slice of cheese and heated around three small slices of polenta ... nothing good to say .... but ....

Gli avventori, a parte noi, il 15 di agosto, avevano un'età media che superava abbondantemente i 60 anni. Arredamento senza troppe pretese, prezzi in linea con la località turistica. The food is tasty and the staff courteous. Typical Cimbrian food. The patrons, apart from us, on the 15th of August, had an average age that well exceeded 60 years. Unpretentious furnishings, prices in line with the tourist resort.

La loro carne Cimbra la consiglio! 27/06/2021 two of us ate very well. The place is retro in style. Staff courteous, nice and quick to serve. I recommend their Cimbra meat!

Traditional cuisine: Gnocchi with asiago and sopressa, exceptional as venison and side dishes .... availability and professionalism .... we will definitely be back.
