Telefono per prenotare il noleggio di due bici con carrello per cane...mi assicuro non solo che ci fosse il carrello ma che fosse pure per cani di taglia grande data la parecchia distanza e per telefono mi viene data conferma!! All'arrivo non solo non c'era il carrello per cani di taglia grande ma mi viene proposto un carrello per bambini, che a detta sua loro usano per i cani...con tanto di commento "non credo che il suo cane ci stia"...una grandissima presa in giro!!
Very bad experience !!! Telephone to book the rental of two bikes with a dog cart ... I make sure not only that there was a cart but that it was also for large dogs given the distance and by phone I am given confirmation !! Upon arrival not only was there no cart for large dogs but I was offered a cart for children, which they use for dogs ... with a lot of comment "I don't think his dog is there "... a huge joke !!
