Non solo dal panorama (anche d notte) mozzafiato, all'abbondanza delle pietanze, alla cortesia (Gianluca in primis) del personale ma soprattutto, costi contenuti! Sì, qualitativamente (anche se si mangia comunque bene direi) non il miglior posto dove si posso andare ma d certo tra i migliori x qualità prezzo... Consigliato! 5 stelle ampiamente meritate As always at the top! Not only from the breathtaking view (even at night), to the abundance of the dishes, to the courtesy (above all Gianluca) of the staff but above all, contained costs! Yes, qualitatively (even if you still eat well I would say) not the best place where you can go but it certainly is among the best x quality price ... Recommended! 5 stars well deserved
L	Luca Azzolin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante itinerario che consente di visitare luoghi a strapiombo sulla Val d'Assa, su un sentiero che si snoda in luoghi ove un tempo si praticava la pastorizia e in piccoli spazi anche l'agricoltura. Il percorso parte dalla campagna di Rotzo, un buon punto di inizio potrebbe essere il Bostel. La particolarità del sentiero è la presenza di numerose le Cenge, sulle quali il sentiero si snoda per lunghi tratti. Le cenge sono delle tettoie naturali di roccia calcarea che si sono formate grazie al fenomeno dell'erosione selettiva. Il sentiero percorre la valle in prossimità delle cenge per circa tre km. Si cammina nel bosco ricco di specie anche inusuali per l'altopiano, incontrando ripari naturali, macigni particolari, gallerie della prima guerra mondiale, cascate e terrazzamenti che un tempo erano coltivati a vigneto. Il sentiero giunge fino alle cascate del Pach per proseguire poi fino a raggiungere l'abitato di Albaredo (volendo si può abbreviare la passeggiata, una volta raggiunte le cascate, tornado subito verso Rotzo). Il percorso è adatto a escursionisti esperti, poichè nel tratto iniziale presenta alcuni passaggi esposti che vanno superati con attenzione e passo fermo. A mio avviso sono da evitare i periodi umidi o quando c'è neve o ghiaccio. The route is suitable for expert hikers, as in the initial stretch it has some exposed passages that must be passed carefully and without moving. In my opinion the wet periods or when there is snow or ice are to be avoided.

In loco è disponibile un sistema di segnaletica abbastanza dettagliato e comprensibile. Il percorso va affrontato solo se si ha un'adeguata esperienza d'escursionismo impegnativo. Lunghe porzioni sono esposte, irregolari, strette ed erose, precariamente assistite da corde piuttosto logore anziché dai classici cavi d'acciaio da ferrata. La presenza di una folta vegetazione può indurre l'ingannevole sensazione di poterne derivare una forma di sicurezza. Non va affrontato come una comune escursione, ancora meno in condizioni di ridotta aderenza al suolo delle calzature, dovute a pioggia, neve o ghiaccio. Consiglio di esplorarlo con cautela, mantenendosi nei limiti delle proprie capacità e badando al tempo impiegato. I tre tratti principali non sono molto lunghi, ma spesso la velocità di avanzamento è ridotta dalla necessità di porre attenzione a dove si posano i piedi. Se uno non si trova sufficientemente a proprio agio non deve sentirsi forzato ad avanzare comunque anzi, decidere di tornare sui propri passi dimostre senso di responsabilità. Chi va in montagna dovrebbe sempre ricordare che cacciandosi in situazioni pericolose mette potenzialmente a repentaglio anche le vite di chi dovesse essere chiamato a soccorrerlo. Those who go to the mountains should always remember that by getting into dangerous situations, they also potentially endanger the lives of those who should be called to help them.

Cartina delle escursioni aggiornata esposta in centro paese e alla taverna del Bostel, punto ideale da dove partire lasciando l’auto al parcheggio del Bostel. La cartina è anche disponibile gratuitamente al Centro Culturale, alla taverna del Bostel e nei locali del paese.
